I’m obsessed by roller coasters. And judging by the fact that you’re here, I guess that you are too. There are so many roller coaster fan sites out there that it’s really quite hard to find anything good. No offense intended towards them; back in the day, I had one of those web sites too. After a while, the Roller Coaster Database just gets a bit too… orange

If you’re anything like me, you love watching POV videos of roller coasters too. As hard as I try to find it, there just doesn’t seem to be any form of reliable resource of these out there. There’s YouTube, but that’s mostly full of people who have dodgily recorded it while trying not to be noticed. So therefore the recordings are shaky, you can’t see what the ride is doing and the person with the camera is mostly recording their friend Dave who is terrified.

CoasterNerd will hopefully fix this problem – I am searching the internet for the very best of POV videos to place them on here for your viewing pleasure. Only the best, well recorded and complete videos will make it onto the site – so hopefully you’ll never be disappointed. Unless the roller coaster isn’t that interesting.
